Nikki gave me an incredibly chic, elegant and intelligent haircut. She is fun to be around and so talented. I have found the best hair cutter in MA! I’m looking forward to trying out additional services at my next haircut.

Because people on here say that they are treated well, perhaps it's personal that I have not been, although I always tipped 20% and was kind. They will cancel unaplogetically last minute and often. They will make no effort to find someone else to cut your hair, until eventually you are forced to take the hint and go elsewhere. They also overbook considerably and will not call to let you know they may be an hour or more backed up.

The staff are amazing here. Attention to detail leaves you looking and feeling fabulous every time . I have Zoe for my colour , she’s fabulous and the owner Nikki is a master of the cut. Can highly recommend!

Great experience! They happened to be able to accommodate my daughter for an appointment within 10 minutes of calling. It was busy and bustling with good energy and Elise T. was my daughters hairdresser. She was very kind and gave my daughter a very stylish haircut! Will definitely be re-booking with her!

Feelin' like a million bucks after I left parlor salon yesterday. Alicia cut and colored my hair. I explained to her what I wanted and she really took the time to understand my needs. She is easy going and professional. I'm super happy with the outcome and I will be going to Alicia in the future. If you want compliments on your hair all day, then I suggest you head over to parlor salon and ask for Alicia! PS: I got a double shot espresso drink upon arrival! ‍
